Raymond D. Woolever

RAYMOND was born January 11, 1954, in Logansport, Indiana. His family moved to Florida in May 1970. He is a graduate of Dunedin High School
and attended St. Petersburg Junior College until he quit to help his family's business when his father fell ill. After closing the open
contracts and terminating his father's electrical contractor company, he went to work for a steel foundry in Tampa where he worked his
way up to the position of Quality Assurance and Control Manager. After attending his tenth year high school class reunion, he met his
wife and partner to be. Susan was Vice President of an engineering firm in Tampa at the time. After a fifteen-year tenure at the foundry,
he and his wife decided to start their own business. Thus Lar-Ray's Excavating, Inc., was formed in 1989. Within a couple of years they
saw the need to expand their services, changed the name of the corporation to L.R.E. Ground Services, Inc., specializing in sinkhole repairs,
pressure grouting and foundation repairs of both commercial and residential buildings.
It has been a great working relationship between Ray and Susan. They have seen the business grow from Ray and his father-in law running the
fieldwork and Susan managing the books, to over 90 employees today. In 2000, L.R.E. Ground Services, Inc., became a Grip-Tite Manufacturing
dealer for underpinning foundations. They were awarded the Rookie of the Year award and ranked the third largest dealer in the continental
United States the first year. Today, they have moved up to the number one underpin dealership in the United States. L.R.E. has expanded their business to include
most of the State of Florida. Ray is an Elder at the
Brooksville Christian Church in Brooksville. He believes that God has blessed this country and their business, and that all the glory goes to Jesus Christ our Lord.

Susan L. Woolever

With her experience she received when she was Vice President of a Tampa engineering firm, she has contributed greatly to L.R.E.'s growth and expansion
through her knowledge of accounting, organizational skills and business sense. L.R.E. Ground Services, Inc., owes its success to the management team in place.

Darle M. Canova

Darle has grown along with the company the past several years. He has been a catalyst in the development of new technology and development including the procurement
of our state of the art drill rigs. He has worked tirelessly to develop new procedures in record keeping of our fieldwork and client contact. Darle is also very
active in the Hernando Builders Association.
