When Tropical Storm Debby hit Hernando County, Florida last June, it dumped about 15 to 20 inches of rain and left behind a vast amount of destruction, including flooding and sinkholes. Troy and Lily Fielder's home and personal belongings were severely damaged by flooding and just weeks after the storm, three sinkholes opened and took out a 200-year-old oak tree.
Frank Vitale, the general manager of L.R.E. Ground Services, a Brooksville-based sinkhole repair company, told news outlet Hernando Today that he and his employees regularly drove by the property and knew they had to do something to help.
Due to many factors, like increased population and rapid construction growth, property damage due to sinkholes is becoming more and more prevalent. L.R.E. Ground Services is a trusted company that insurance companies, engineering firms and homeowners in Florida turn to when they want sinkholes repaired quickly and effectively. The company also offers emergency sinkhole repair throughout the state.
